If for any reason manufacturing defects are identified, before using the garment, we will assist you with a quick and easy exchange.

Any quality claim must be submitted within the first 5 calendar days after receiving the garment .

To exchange the item, it must be in good condition, unused, in its original packaging and with all internal labels and tags attached to the item as originally delivered.

For these changes due to quality, the cost of shipping to our facilities is assumed by us. You must contact us to generate a guide with the carrier and we will send you to pick up the garment.

WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY:

We will refund you within 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the order and you will not incur any charges for said refund.
