EXCHANGE POLICY:

All our products are for personal and intimate use. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of intimate garments such as underwear, stockings, pyjamas or swimwear.

It is important to clarify that our company relies on the regulations, guaranteeing the rights that apply to the consumer; in this order of ideas, we clarify that the consumer statute in its article 47, paragraph 3, number 7 establishes that:

"The following cases are excepted from the right of withdrawal... Section 7: In contracts for the acquisition of goods for personal use."

All our products are for intimate and personal use (underwear, swimwear, sleepwear and stockings).

WARRANTY POLICY:

Our 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy ensures that any product you purchase meets the highest quality standards.

If for any reason manufacturing defects are identified, before using the garment, we will assist you with a quick and easy exchange.

Any quality claim must be submitted within the first 5 calendar days after receiving the garment .

To exchange the item, it must be in good condition, unused, in its original packaging and with all internal labels and tags attached to the item as originally delivered.

For these changes due to quality, the cost of shipping to our facilities is assumed by us. You must contact us to generate a guide with the carrier and we will send you to pick up the garment.

Without exception, our company does not issue refunds.

WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY:

You have the right to cancel your order within your right of withdrawal. Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, through our email grupoproductorademoda@gmail.com.

We will refund you within 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the order and you will not incur any charges for said refund. The money to be refunded is 100% of the products, discounting the value of the shipments according to the current price list on the website of the carrier through which the shipment was made.

Conditions for returns:

For goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased within 5 calendar days of the purchase.
• The goods are in their original packaging, without being opened, since they constitute intimate clothing, according to the consumer statute in its article 47, paragraph 3, number 7.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that were opened after delivery. This means products with uncovered or tampered with security packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Return of goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the products to the following address:

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipping. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of the return being received.

Gifts:

If items were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the items weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Our brand and store weareblokes.co, weareblokes.com.co, weareblokes.us seeks to provide an excellent experience to our customers. To do this, we seek to generate trust in the first purchase or loyalty benefits through promotions (specific discounts on products, purchase amounts, or coupons) through promotions (specific discounts on products, purchase amounts, or coupons).
